Backyard Leaves
Walked around the backyard and noticed all the different type of leaves laying on the ground. Here’s a random assortment of what I saw. Of these nine, I know Oak, Maple, Sweetgum, Apple, Ashe and Poplar trees are represented. There’s a couple that I’m not sure about. If anyone can identify the other leaves, please let me know. I have these tagged on my flickr page and would love someone to tag the unknown leaves.
Shot each leaf individually on a black background. Used my 28-135mm lens (been awhile since I’ve shot with this). Added them all into one Photoshop document, slightly adjusted levels and sharpness then flattened image. ISO100, f5.0 exposure compensation -.67. View Large.
