Dinner Saturday Night
Something about cooler weather gives me the desire to cook.
Dinner tonight was fresh salmon cakes, served with cucumber dill sauce. One of my favorite ways to prepare salmon. This photo shows them right before they went into the frying pan. Recipe can be found on my Flickr page. Just click the image and it’ll take you there.
Baby red potatoes, salad, bread and wine completed the meal. Oh, and blackberry pie for desert.
