Dinner on the Patio
The weather in NC was spectacular today. For dinner tonight we decided to go to Saxapahaw General Store. We’d heard so much about it last year, but didn’t get a chance to try it out. So, this year, first beautiful Spring day, we thought we’d go. It was crazy packed, so I guess everyone else had the same idea we did. There were no tables on the patio (and we got there early), so we ordered take-out and ate on the patio at home. It couldn’t have worked out better. We had beautiful weather and the sunset was spectacular.
After supper we visited the cows next door. Our neighbors have five of them and if you call them, they’ll slowly walk towards you. Then stand there and look at you expectedly. I know you can’t tell by this picture, but they really were excited to see us. We bring them bread now and then.

I really love the first one, the colors are beautiful and I love the reflections on the table and glass. We had a beautiful day in NY too! Happy first day of spring
